It's humorous because it seems like it would happen more often in movies but those are the only two I can think of. I can't tell you how much I love the blue and black Chevelle in the snowy and icey environment. It seems out of place but at the same time adds finesse to the completion of the movie.

Like the Fast and the Furious, except for no girl.

Sounds like a movie cliche to me. Although I cannot think of a movie that did this at the moment

I know this might sound strange but this is one of my favorite things that could happen in a movie. When the hero protagonist drives off with his female friend in a previously unseen muscle car at the end. In both of these movies the girl is driving the car to pick up the hero. Does anybody know any other movies where this happens?
Favorite is Payback with the 1974 Black Charger:

Closely behind is the Chevelle in Shooter:

I like the fact that in Shooter Mark Walhberg is at Kate Mara's house where presumably the Chevelle would be parked but of course they never show it until the end!
