maybe indeed

Hmmm but he seemed quite reliable.
I suppose that would be the case when we are not familiar at all with the vehicles he is identifying

Which "errors"?
Wait... never mind. I'd rather not see them all in one place

And as you also made errors in some cases, how can we know who we should trust?

Right now I am only talking about Cadillacs from the early-80s and beyond. The earlier ones are a completely different story. I can assure you that on the 1993-96 Fleetwood "Brougham" is a trim level and should be listed as such on the site.
And FYI, Benzilla is not at all reliable for 1980s and 90s Cadillacs. I've been looking at a lot of listings and he has misidentified multiple cars, for instance he often times named 1990-92 RWD models Fleetwoods when they were clearly Broughams. I'd suggest not to rely on him.

In Cadillac often there are no model names at all, just trims (in older ones). That's also maybe why for these we used trim name as model name. Maybe in that case keeping Brougham in model name is better?
For Cadillac, usually we rely on MrCadillac up to 70s, and on Benzilla & drujon for 80s and newer.
MrCadillac has a site with lots of pics: http://www.car-nection.com/yann/dbas_txt/indx2001.htm

Wow I've been looking through the listings for Cadillac Brougham, Fleetwood, and Fleetwood Brougham and there are a TON of mistakes. I made quite a few comments on some of them but there a couple things that require a batch fix.
From 1987-92, full-size RWD Cadillacs were named "Brougham", while the slightly smaller FWD full-size models were named "Fleetwood".
In 1993 a new RWD Cadillac was introduced and it was given the name "Fleetwood". They were also offered in "Brougham" trim making the full name of some of them "Fleetwood Brougham". However, this is a TRIM level and should not be listed as part of the model name, which needs to be fixed on quite a few listings.
In fact, the only Cadillac that should have "Fleetwood Brougham" listed in the full model name is the 1985-86 RWD models, of which there are only a few on the site but are unfortunately scattered around in different lists due to all the incorrect names they are listed under.
And that doesn't even count all the incorrect year listings there are... I'm not going to lie and say that I can tell the 1980s RWD Cadillacs from one another, as the only change in styling I am aware of during the whole decade is the addition of a CHMSL in 1986 and the update to the 1990 models that included flush headlamps among other cosmetic differences. Surely other upadtes from year to year exist such as grilles, trim pieces, turn signal lenses, etc... I am simply not aware of them right now, and it seems no one else on the site is either.
I will try to do some research in the next few days and see if I can learn some tricks of how to tell apart say... a 1981 DeVille from a 1984 Fleetwood from a 1988 Brougham.
If anyone knows a good Cadillac site where I can get some of this information, I would greatly appriciate a link. In the mean time an admin can make the batch changes I mentioned above and make the site at least a bit more accurate than it is right now.
Thanks
