I think you are right about the Piazza (It seems that the information is inconsistent on the internet about this) I don't think it falls into this category.

I think they are more than just a "little based" on each other but it is fine to leave them the way that they are already listed.

If the car is just a little based on it and not really a rebadged car produced elsewhere, we do not keep the original origin
What do you mean with the Piazza for example? Isn't it a fully Japanese car?

On the site it was decided that the Origin spot would be for "Spiritual Origin" so wouldn't all of the GM T-body cars (RWD) be origin Germany?
