For me, my first comment was on August 8th, 2006.

I had browsed the site several months prior (perhaps even a year, can’t remember) to making an account to allow for my first comment.

In a way, it's kind of funny, as I almost didn't make an account. I thought to myself - what could you possibly do to help the site, they don't need you.

I just looked and my first comment was on 2006-09-01, wow that was a long time ago, I can still remember when I found the site while I was supposed to be working It is really funny to look at the older posts and see how much I have learned..

Well, I was registered a long, long time ago, but my activity was sporadic.

@Gomsel: easy to find out. Just look in your profil for the oldest postings.

For me it's 4 1/2 years, but before March 2007 I wasn't that active.

In my case... since december 2009, i think.
