Yes, the brand is on the European market, with other models, too, also in Germany. With "will not appear" I only want to say, that its selling rates will be that much tiny, that it will not appear as a daily sight.

Who cares? It will not appear in Europe, especially not in Germany.

It looks the current IS with a drastically redesigned front. It wouldn't look so bad if they stopped the grille at the bumper.I've never been a Lexus fan anyway, I don't think they've ever had the image of Mercedes, BMW, Audi or Jaguar. They're just glorified Toyotas. And they've never looked nice, some of them were downright ugly (RX, SC430, early 2000s LS430)
