Note that Itsme works with ID cars from other EU countries (but I don't know if it would work on that specific site, though).

Bad news for non-Belgians. It's now impossible to check a plate if you don't have a belgian ID card, or the local Itsme authentification app, but that relies on ID cards anyway.

Just wondering, is there a site out there where you can look up Italian plates and get the year of the vehicle?

Feature found / brought to light by somebodyjustlikeme about 2 weeks ago , the canadian Carfax's mobile app can check plates of some provinces . You do have to register to use it . Not sure if it works on laptop / PC but seems it does not on mine . Here's the list of what can be checked or not :

of course , won't work if plate is fake... :whistle:

side note : my NT's first try was a police car that gave no results but 2nd plate came back as a 2018 F-150 , so maybe police cars can't be checked , at least for this territory
