The owner of this burnt Lamborghini Gallardo proceed now against the authorized garage.

Doubtful (for me as an insurance's loss accessor), if he may be successful. He had no full insurance.

Probably i saw some pics from them and just didn't paid very much attention to the website they were from... No need to say that i prefer looking at them when they still in one piece...
Even celebrities crashes them, like Rowan Atkinson or Dany Heatley, a hockey player who crashed his Ferrari 360 Modena Spider and killed teammate and friend Dan Snyder
But celebrities or not, most of those crashes comes from the bad thinking ( usually done by bad drivers thinking they can control those cars in any situations ) that because the car can go high speeds, it can do it no matter weather or road condition/configuration . Some are real accidents, too, either caused by others or control loss after avoiding something on the road , etc
As for the ...... who do illegal street racing, then.... they asked for it !
( Of course, when innocents are killed by those dumb drivers, having some thoughts for them and their families )

@Baube: well, these incidents are not really uncommon. Actually a plenty of high-end cars were crashed, because the drivers cannot handle them.

A Swiss Ferrari-driver smashed into a small car, which was the last car of a traffic file on the Autobahn, two people of the four in the small car were killed:

I just have googled "Ferrari Unfall" and these were only the first links. If you would do the same with "Lamborghini" or others, you will get similar results.
When I was a young trainee in my company -an insurance, as I already told- one of our internal teachers told us, that in 1989 there were seven Ferrari F40 registrated in Germany. Accidentally three of them were fully insured at my company - and two of these three F40 were totaled withing a few weeks by their overchallenged drivers...
This was very very expensive and has provoked the decision of our management, not to insure such high-end-premium cars any more.

That site is rather known since long time, I'm surprised you didn't know it (I think I know it since I started to go on internet 15 years ago)

It all starts on Wikipedia. Wanted to search for wikicars from the search engine. Not really found it ( don't know what i did wrong ) but before closing it, saw a result that was saying : Ferrari GTO crashed in Montreal.
When i clicked on it, it sent me to http://www.wreckedexotics.com/
Exotics and rare vehicles lovers might be offended by what they are showing, including http://www.wreckedexotics.com/accident/6465?c=mo107. Is it even a real one ? One of the mythic Porsche 959 in Montreal ?
All i know is now i want to on those specials vehicles that did not deserved such an ending... and in some case did not deserved a bad driver who can't drive them correctly ( i know, accidents happens but some are just asking for it one day or another... )
