Just keep in mind that some of the info there is not complete (especially the older Civic and Accord models). The sister Toyota reference site had more complete info than the Honda or Nissan sites, but I think it's been around longer.

While searching some info on why Terra and i don't have the same model range i found http://www.hondareference.com/crv/1997-2001 which gives the color codes for Honda/Acura vehicles...

Maybe it can be useful to narrow down the year range
