Wow you're right! Thank you soooo much, to try and find this film was starting to drive me crazy! Can't believe I didn't notice that when I browsed through all 1993 and before sidecar images, even though 438 images is a lot and the main image isn't as obvious as the one above. I also somehow didn't think to browse through all Electra Glide.

Many thanks - it certainly looks like it's the Friendship II, and the painting on the sidecar on that first image seems to match that from the film perfectly! After searching around a bit the earliest year I've found for Friendship II is 1983 - the design certainly looks 1980s to me - which means the film I'm looking for was probably made between the early 1980s and 1992/3.

I'm just as useless with bikes as I am with sidecars, but I think that sidecar is called California Friendship, or to be more precise: Friendship I or Friendship II, but I can't tell the difference:

I'm trying to find in which film a certain motorcycle with sidecar appears - a short clip of the film is seen at a cinema in the Swedish Martin Beck film "Roseanna" from 1993. I thought that if I find out which motorcycle it is, especially if a rough model year may be estimated, it may be easier to find the film. Please see a screenshot below (sorry it doesn't get better than that), I've also uploaded a clip to YouTube - the motorcycle appears about 19 seconds in.
(I hope it's OK to ask this, I started by browsing through all motorcycle sidecar images in the database but couldn't find a match. May it possibly be a Harley-Davidson?)
