To cut easily black borders: if you work with any Microsoft (XP, 2000, etc..) you necessarily have PAINT. Check your programs. If you don't have it you can download for free in thousand of pages.

Well if your pics are with black borders:
1.- Right part of the mouse OPEN WITH: PAINT

2.- Click the pointer arrow in the rectangle

3.- Mark the area of the pic and cut it

4.- Reduce the area of the pic (in blank) clicking on the little blue point placed on down right corner


5.- Clink on EDIT and PASTE
6.- Save changes?: YES


To try in the beginning, make copies of pics and work with those copies. In 5-10 minutes you'll know how to do it in future
