Has everyone seen Fight Club? In one scene in the film the two main characters (played by Brad Pitt and Edward Norton) walk alongside parked cars in the streets, hitting some of them with baseball bats (the flashy luxury cars) and sparing the more humble cheaper cars (like Fords and Chevys). This is part of their retaliation against the consumerist society (they also put subversive messages on billboards and feed pigeons on the roof of a BMW dealership so they'll crap on all the cars).

In the scene they hit two cars, a BMW 7-Series and a Volkswagen New Beetle and spare a Chevrolet Prizm. Now if you were either the two characters in this film, or if you were directing this film, which two cars would you want to have smashed up and which one would you want spared? Which cars do you really hate and which ones do you see as an underdog? They can be absolutely anything, though modern cars would make more sense in the context of the scene.
I'd smash up a BMW X5 and a Porsche Cayenne and I'd spare a Vauxhall Omega (my dad has this car and I'm borrowing it at the moment). I'd also like to smash a Range Rover Sport and if there was a Bentley Arnage parked there, I'd spare that (because it's such a fabulous car) unless it was owned by someone like David Beckham, then I'd smash it.
And before people reply "vandalizing cars is wrong" we're talking about a completely hypothetical situation so ethical considerations can go out the window.
