Depends what you mean by SUV. For the H1 you probably mean the ultimate off-roader? I'd rather give that rating to a car like Land Rover Defender
Good point, I don't really equate the term SUV with a true unadulterated utilitarian offroader like the classic Land Rover, an SUV is something soccer moms drive!
The H1 could possibly be considered an SUV (it depends on your point of view), but the Humvee (military version) isn't really an SUV at all, it's more of a truck than a car.
