I’ve meant to bring this up for some time but so far have failed to do so. Would it not be wise to incorporate the Ford "Super Duty" name with the 1999 model-Onward F-250 / F-350 / Onward trucks (???)

It is not a trim level and Ford claims it as part of the trucks proper name ...
