..I thought I'd see if I could help. Unfortunatley, I couldn't find the Pontiac GTO, but I did find a Chevrolet El Camino.
This one is from anywhere between 1973 and 1977. However, there's a 1974-77 Chevrolet Camaro earlier in the movie:
And of course, the tractor at Komrade's used strictly as a decoration, which I still think might be a Ford or Fordson from the 1920's.
There's also the GMC Value Van television broadcasting truck from the first movie, a Ford Econoline Super Van ambulance a Corvair, a Studebaker, a Ford C-Series Tow Truck, a GMC Old Look bus, a few Volkswagen buses, and an AMC Pacer Wagon, but I didn't capture those.
Matilda(1996) is next. After that, your guess is as good as mine.
