The Volkswagen AG had a very embarassing "show" a time ago.
High managers, together with international journalists, had expected the last ever made Volkswagen Typ 1 Beetle in Germany ("Ultima Edicion") in the port.
It was a big blamage, when they openend ceremoniusly the container: at first they got wet feet, the container was leaked with salt-water. The car was totally moulded and stinky inside, and the rust has started its work.
Surely the Volkswagen AG has tried to hold this story down, but naturally it was leaking down, inside the VW-community.
