Since they drive on the left in Zambia and the cars are right hand drive, I would guess it's probably been imported used from Japan. I know Japan exports lots of used cars, although I thought it would be mainly to countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Pakistan etc. (where they drive on the left) as well as far east Russia and New Zealand.
