My wife's cars are quite boring (but she really loved the most of them):
- 1983 Ford Escort 1.1
- 1989 Opel Kadett E "fun" (a big love of her)
- 1989 VW Golf II automatic (only 2 month in use, some defects, even it was a present from her grandfather, when he gave up driving)
- 1990 Opel Kadett E "frisco" (should be a dream-car, but some defects, too, so sold after some months)
- 2001 Opel Astra G (fully equipped, but fuel-car, so sold for a Diesel)
- 2000 Opel Astra G DTI (civil Army-car, "naked" edition, but a very low consumption
By the old cars, Firebird86 has listed, I thought about the cars my grandfather had. The other grandfather had no driver's license.
But it's nothing extraordinary:
- 1953 Mecedes 180 [W120]
- 1966 Mercedes 190 [W110]
- 1969 Mercedes 230 [W115]
- 1977 Mercedes 230 [W123]
- 1986 Mercedes 200 [W124].
My grandfather died in 1988, when its Benz had 30 000 km. in 1996 I've sold it, when my grandmother didn't want to drive any more. There its mileage was 39 000 km.
