We often use "made for USA" in that case, as Canada has US-specs models even if not especially required (I am right?)
We can indicate "made for CDN" if the movie was made in Canada but it is a case-by-case thing unfortunately.
About the changes, I tought that most were already ok in these, but I'll do a batch-update then... when I have few minutes (I have so many things to do "when I have few minutes"...)
