Ooh, I got it right. I was pretty sure it was an F-Series since it looked like the one in Night of the Lepus. 
It is my pleasure to submit this, the 1970's gem wherein a possessed bulldozer stalks and kills construction workers on an island off the coast of Africa. Good stuff.
