Shot this evening at the opening of the new appliance house of the volounteer fire brigade in my village:
That looks like not available/available trailer signal to me. It is powered by LEDs. When the trailer is backed up to the door, the light goes green letting them know that they can open and load the goods to the trailer. It also applied to outside the building signal as well.
