Btw.: a lot of traffic-education is still needed there. Everyone sees traffic lights and all other traffic rules more as a honest recommendation, but not as a law.

I have an answer from a member at the Lighting Gallery website from Australia about the Mercury Vapor lamp in the USS Pueblo that you posted it first. He says that is probably Soviet Union or Eastern Bloc made bulb. My guess that it was probably installed in the 1970's or the 1980's
