Yes, the Morgan belongs to Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mellard, he uses it in Episode 3.1 and 3.2. He says that he bought it and the wooden chassis wasn´t very good so he restorated it. The Mustang belongs to Agent Tony DiNozzo, the henchman of a arms-dealer wants to change the parking position, but the car explodes.
