I've found out, that this traffic-light-maker doesn't exist any more. It was merged with http://www.bas-verkehr.de/ may years ago.
There are a plenty of more pics for this thread, but I have time-problems now. Let's see, if I'm able to show more today.

Completely original from 1929! Electric light was a costly extra option back then.
the owner, a nice old man told me the absolute unique story about this motorbike.
It is a "Bergmüller" from 1929 ("UT" stands for Untertürkheim, where it was manufactured) - the only known survivor!
And he is the second owner!!!
The bike was bought in 1929 by a 19-year-old guy brandnew with all available extra option (electric light, chrome etc.) and he kept it until his death, aged 100 years.
