After a check, the full list actually has 100 titles.
The top of the pages only have 15 indeed, but there isn't space to put more.
If you usually see that half of the space is empty, maybe it is because you block ads?
(or that you have a full-HD monitor, and have the page maximized on the whole screen)
Right now it seems that there is some space available, but we have more short titles than average. If I increase to 20, maybe in a few days/week we'll often get titles overflowing from that "box".
