Everywhere east of the Rockies got the US-made (Ohio) Honda Accords from 1984-85. West of the Rockies, we all got the imported ones from Japan. This can be verified by checking the VIN of said vehicle (imports had a "J" at the beginning, like my '84 Accord does).
