I have no idea about values or quotes - it needs specialist knowledge to say anything useful about the car and its condition. However it may also be useful to think about its film appearances - the 12 imcdb entries as linked, plus any others you may know about. Are these famous films in Italy?? Can the car be described as a well-known film star?? If it is famous for its screen appearances, its market value could become a different calculation from the usual estimates for condition and rarity.
There were 727 Phantom IIIs made 1936-39, and it was the only V12 Rolls-Royce until the 1998 introduction of the Silver Seraph. Most (all?) of the 727 received coachbuilt bodies from a wide range of designers, with H.J. Mulliner one of the well-known body builders for Rolls-Royce over several decades. The most famous film Phantom III is probably the black and yellow Sedanca de Ville by Barker seen in Goldfinger - https://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_2640-Rolls-Royce-Phantom-III-3BU168-1937.html .
