Sounds like a good idea to me. A "Buy on Amazon" link on every movie and you can dispense with Google completely.

Maybe You should move all porn movies and sex related (with naked people in the main pictures and in the comments) to the section available only for the registered members, with confimred age? This would be simpler (and more sensible) than cleaning site and censoring pictures...?

There aren't so many pictures with naked people.
Most were just actress pictures which are anyway useless for the site subject, and give a strange style to the site, so to me these can go.
Only problem is when there is also a car on the picture. I censored some of the pictures in such case:
