We car buffs love our chase scenes, they are exciting!
I know that when a scene has a 3 star rating, that means that the car is driven by a character or in a chase scene, but not necessarily both. Also, a chase scene can be present with a 4 or 5 star rating. For example, the Delorean DMC-12 in Back to the Future would get a 5 star rating, but it does have chase scenes. In other words, chase scenes can be present with either a 3, 4, or 5 star rating.
Because we car buffs love chase scenes, when a vehicle has a rating of 3 stars or higher, I was wondering if we could add a feature that is something like, "Chase scene: Yes or No." Something like this:
Movie: Back to the Future
Vehicle: Delorean DMC-12
Star Rating: 5
Chase Scene(s): Yes
In addition, users could rate the chase scene itself in its own separate star rating system (1 star being lame, 5 stars being awesome.) It would say something like this:
"This chase scene has 3.2 out of 5 stars based on 257 user votes."
On top of that, they could write any comments about the chase scene. The whole feature would be like a customer review of a product on Amazon, only we would be reviewing car chases.
I realize that this website is done on peoples' own time, and that a lot of work is required to add features. I really appreciate the hard work you have put into this site; I can't tell you how many great movies I have seen that I never would have known about otherwise! Keep it up!
