I can think of a few reasons:
1) you have been banned on multiple accounts already
2) the show in question appears to be like a Greek version of CrimeWatch - reconstruction of real crimes, as such a non-fiction title and many validators are put off by such content
3) the pictures are too big for the quality they represent (should be 640 pixels wide)
4) some cars are misidentified and you have a reputation of guessing (MB W202 as MB W124, Toyota Avensis as Toyota Carina E, Ford P7 as Chevrolet Chevy II etc)
