The 164 is a 1993MY (January 1993 plate) rare non-Super basic version (only available as 2.0 TS and 2.5 TD, except the Q4 which also wasn't a Super), not an early one notice the new smaller headlight. Anyway from what I saw from a quick look, the inside was at least better than the outside
