I think the more likely answer (for the Lancia) is it's a rebadged T&C. I know for me personally, about 1/4 of Chevrolet SS's (modern) I see on the road have Holden rebadging added. And there is no way SWAT flew production to Europe to film a scene set in California (the 300 has CA plates).
