I believe to be consisent we should default at the oldest possibility, but unless it was produced for too little time compared to the other naming? For example, without the new logo (chicken head) visible we should default to 2002, maybe if the changed logo is visible we could default to fortwo as produced for 4 years vs. only one? So defaulting year as 2004.

I believe too correct naming is City-Coupé for pre-2004 ones, as visible in brochures and official material. Maybe also fortwo should be spelt in lowercase for the same reason?
