https://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_1183419-Ishikawajima-Sumida-M2593.html - Chiyoda Type 91 So-Mo [model code: QSW]
https://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_186884-Chiyoda-Armoured-Car.html - This was identified as a So-Mo (using the wrong name, but I know what was meant), but it isn't, and I'm not certain what it is. The closest match is the Chiyoda Type 92. It could be the poor photo quality and strange lighting that is making it look weird. I would put it as Type 92 but I will continue to look and let you know if I come up with something better.
Related to this topic is the only other Sumida vehicle on this site, this Sumida Type M bus. https://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_498935-Ishikawajima-Sumida-1929.html It's listed under Ishikawajima. As I explained in the thread I made about the armored cars, Sumida was a marque of Ishikawajima, as Chiyoda was a marque of TGE. So since Chiyoda is listed as its own manufacturer, Sumida should be too.
