By the way, most of what you post is not missed info, it is just you posting on the forum rather than on the site...
Hi antp, the Grand Starex was called iLoad in Australia. The plate info doesn't tell you the model name, so that person made an incorrect assumption.
In future I will make sure to make a post on the site first before posting here.
