brand is "Austral"

found this 2 sites, introuduced in 1993 which fits perfectly with show periord

so perhaps model is "Firepac" and add Mk. 2 given the time when it was filmed

That is actually incorrect. It is not a Forward but a NPR. Forward is a bigger model with a different grille.

91 the Flash but reapinted

93 the Toy movie repainted for the last time as ambulance... cos this is the livery it has to this day
