made for movie , very poor video quality but they are either miniatures/ CGI or real dumper truck with some bodykit over the cabin to give it futuristic look

look at the 6x6 wheel configuration with 1 axle front and twin axles long distance at rear, typical dumper truck (simple truck) , hardly any (if any) real military APC have this configuration

Proper model name for 46 CV is H6 C, unclear if it's a '23 or a '24 in the show.
Given that the first model year for the H6 C was 1924 and a '24 H6 C was in Melbourne around the time of filming, that's likely what this is.
