question regarding category

road marking machines , do they belong in construction category or they belong in sweeper/ resurfecer category ?

I don't know, I guess we can put them in construction category if they are built for that purpose... but don't they use regular vehicles for that?

what exactly are "resurfacer" meant for ? cos its a bit confusing
