Who adds it, or who just change "unknown" to "<make> unknown" ?
As usually when only a make is specified, I keep the unknown in model at least for some time, sometimes later you or someone else adds model names.
Though that from time we should check in the old unknowns those which already have a make name and which could be listed with just that.

for example if there is a Forklift clearly written TOYOTA on it and is left just with a producer someone just adds unknown to model name ,, and often it doesn't make sense specilly for this type of vehicle

Indeed the body itself has similarities... but maybe it is also the same as many other chinese quads like that? Or did you compare with other ones that you previously identified and found no match?
