The rarest motifs from a short trip to a classic car meeting at a biker's and day-tripper's restaurant a few villages away:

No, this Caddy has not participated. It's the old clunker, the restaurant-oner uses only on his property:

@rjluna2: yes, it has the two mandatory triangle cateye-reflectors, mounted on the bumper:

Oh, interesting when had you been here and how long?
...and why haven't you said anything before? Annother IMCDb-user-meeting could have been possible!

Spotted today on the way back from my office in Dortmund. The foldable Caravan ws named here "Scholz Brüderchen" (Scholz was the importer, "Brüderchen" means "baby brother"), a Norwegian make, named "Lillebroer" (the same in Norwegian) In Germany there's a real active fan-scene for that.

Especially since he posted on Facebook a pic of him taken at 300m from where Owlman & I took the photo I posted on another thread
(well, I suppose that at least it wasn't on the same day  )

Basically I blitzed around Europe for the last two months from France to Poland and then back. Real-life things have kept me away from IMCDB for a while unfortunately, although Germany is a fabulous place.

I was really only in Brussels for the 16th on the way to London, I am not sure how long owlman was there but it appears I was there after you two met up. I'm going to guess the Maserati exhibition at Autoworld was quite good though

Radioactive products are used in laboratories and hospitals for several reasons. How do you think they get their thalium, technetium and other radioactive boosted sodium iodide?
Laws force transporters to the highlight the radioactive side of the cargo, not to warn the population (fr) about the routes used...

By the way, and (almost) totally off topic: today is the 69th "birthday" of the bombing of Nagasaki. Happy birthday?

Sure, these must be delivered in some way, it is just unusual to see (to me at least). It was on a Thursday at 11pm, I guess they do that when the traffic is low.

...I guess they do that when the traffic is low.

Let's hope so:
"En 2005, sur l'ensemble des transports de matières radioactives (300 000 colis), l'ASN dénombre 48 incidents classés au niveau 0 (41 événements) ou au niveau 1 (7 événements) de l'échelle INES3. Ces incidents concernent essentiellement les transports des sources à usage médical." (Wikipedia)
(It's surprisingly difficult to obtain up-to-date numbers  )

Military transports are no better (fr), and "civilian" ones don't give that much confidence (fr)...

my-brother-in-law has bought annother car:

And his main regular car. Something is specific "made for PL" (he bought it there as new car), but I don't know what.

a pic for mike962, because brand new, with a regular plate from its home-county, but not with green letters for farming vehicles, 150 km away from home - a presentation vehicle on a busness-trip I would say:

You don't see vehicles from there really often over here. At least it's an extreme rarity, to spot a registration from a de jure non-existing country :wam:

Moldova or not, this is the question. Note the flag on the plate and the letter "T" for Tiraspol. It's from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transnistria

Believe it or not, I've actually seen some Fiat Ducato-based Class C motor homes in Florida. I should take pictures of them when I see them.
