[...] Volvo PV, the PV 444 I believe [...]
It seems indeed to have the 2-piece windshield of a
PV444, all the more as the blinkers are between the headlamps and the grille, not in the corner of the body. Most certainly a late model, due to the shape of the grille.

Had to be this car:

The linked pic was taken same day already in place, I mentioned in my previous post and the grey Żuk from my 1st pic is also visible in the backgrond.

Taillights on the side of the car and one-piece rear window make it a 1954-58 model, according to
this site and the comment of
this picture. Which confirms the "late model" of my previous comment

Seen today, a 1963-67
T1:
That is 1963 model year only due to small rear door.

... or 1962 only, as the "wide" blinkers were present apparently from 1962 onwards
on some markets, and as Wikipedia says
1963 model year for the large rear door. Like for the
T2a/T2b switch, the T1b/T1c one seems to be flexible

A good companion for this VW can be an also accidentally met 1973+ Estafette:
It slowly ends its life or waits for 2nd (3rd?) one.

I like the door locking system

Or it is "suicide doors" conversion.

Walking the dog makes me discover some strange vehicles, sometimes. Seen yesterday in the early evening:
I first thought about a Jeep of some kind, but it appears to have a full plastic body, and the small valve in front of the grille doesn't really look like a standard automotive one...
The plate number indicates a registration made in December 2010. Was it a new registration, or just the switch from the former system?
(As usual, click on a picture to see a bigger version of it)

There is indeed an old
Land Cruiser in the neighborhood, but the plate number is different and it's still unchanged...
I'll try to meet the person who does that job, it could be the same one who was restoring
this Unic Daily in the same street.

Saw a Dacia Logan MCV pickup today - quite uncommon.

VW Beetle with steam engine
The interior space was shortened to fit the engine.

I found a good example of 2015 Chevrolet City Express
LS at the local Chevrolet dealer while I had my car checked out:
