Seen a few days ago in a Brussels suburb : a 2005 Toyota Noah, recently imported from Japan to Britain (it's been registered in June this year).

It's a rental from the infamous Wicked Van company, complete with ugly murals & graffiti. The rear hatch slogan is quite tame compared to australian Wicked Vans, though.

I like that "multi colour" choice in the DVLA listings

In two different parts of my town, I met today two vintage Polski Fiats 125p.

There is also BONUS - on one of these pics you can also see a bit hidden Citroen Dyane (I didn't notice it, when I took the pic) - try to find it.

First 125p is a very early version with small C-pillar vents - it was made in this form only between 28 XI 1967 and X 1968:


And next 125p "under the bridge" - this time from the turn of 1981 and 1982.

Found the Dyane! It's in the first picture.

Mmhhh, sure about the "mint condition"? Is that an original colour tone? I've never seen an 80ies Renault with that colour - and repainted cars are definitely never "mint condition" any more.

@ ingo : Sure repainting makes you wonder if it was only to satisfy the owner's taste or if there was something to hide but as long as it runs good, still will be " one of a kind " here and nobody will know the color isn't original ( unless i come across an European guy, of course )

Saw a pink (yes, pink, wish i wasn't driving... ) 2008-2010 Mercedes C-Class about 2 weeks ago. Not sure rust already made its mark before being repainted ( and not sure that M-B offers pink in the colors line-up )

But i do agree that an over 20 yo repainted car brings some " ??? " to the mind ( unless it's a restored one )

Ha, hah - I protected myself by writing "mint LOOKING" - maybe not very properly expressed in English (not sure now), but anyway doesn't sound like "definitely mint".

Even if photographed by me R5 was repainted, then at least someone wanted to reproduce its original look and it is quite a good fate like for the 20-something years old car. We all know that popular cars in this age, if are still alive, don't have any value, they often go in hands of young drivers, who rarely respect them and often love to customize them in... specific way.

I agree with you about the owner being kind enough to keep it nice. A lot of younger cars doesn't even look that good anymore. The way you said it was ok ( at least for me but i'm not english expert either ). I guess its just the fact that it wasn't repainted following the factory color that made things go that way..

At least it did not ended up flat black with 19-inch wheels and a huge exhaust pipe...

Dear Ingo, always true to himself: "I never saw one, so it can't exist!"
This color is called "Bleu nuit" (Night blue) and was part of the color chart of the Renault Supercinq (as officially nicknamed in France). With what seems to be a strip on the doors, it could be a Campus or a Five, special series which had... Bleu nuit among the possible colors
It was apparently sold in all Europe, so no wonder to find one in Poland:

(RDW says: "1st registration = 05-01-1990", so it's not a later import;
bigger version of the picture here)
