(For non-Francophone people: MR2 is read "Eh, Merdeux !", kind of "Hey, you, little shit!". There is certainly a better translation, but you got the meaning )

Well, the MR2 was sold as just "MR", that's a fact, not a legend
Could also be a lengthened "Hé merde!" ("Oh shit")

I prefer the hatchback but as it was " mint looking " as said by weasel1984 and had the 5.0 . I previously missed a 2003+ Dodge Viper ( i have the pic but i was slow to react and its blurry ) and a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS convertible ( was white with orange stripes ), i took this one. Didn't had the rubber stripes on it so it should be 1992-1993. What i like about it is that it still in is original state.

I'm a passenger now since yesterday and i'm at myself for all the ones i missed... Hummer H1, 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser,Acura NSX and a old Ford or Lincoln from the 70's ( all i spotted, too late, was that it had hidden headlights )and the Corvette that the Prius ruined yesterday, and the ones for today... to this i can add the 2 JDM from last week that i had to let go because of driving ( 1998? not sure, we don't have those wider front turn signal here ) Mazda RX-7 and a early 90's Nissan Silvia

This color is part of the Renault color chart, and is called emetic bamboo green. With all red-brick buildings in my town spreading a kind of rose light everywhere, this color is even more awful

Coincidentally I saw one of these mk1 MR in a bright yellow color on the highway yesterday
I wasn't fast enough to take a photo, though that I was passenger.
I think it had a BE plate (but it may be NL, since it was after passing Antwerp, we were already seeing a lot of NL cars)

@ eLMeR : The Renault's color is sure ugly but at least they can spot it easily in a mall parking lot

Had a little surprise this morning. This one is close to home ( about halfway between home and the Chevrolet Beretta i posted before. Calling it little surprise because i didn't saw it in a while and i thought they sold it

i totally agree, it scraps the look of the car. I saw some others with it but fortunately , it's not Toyota's idea....it was customized a little bit, the rear has yellow letters and a exhaust big enough to let Santa Claus get in..
