Here is a 1988 Acura Legend L I saw today.
Before I turned the corner and snapped this pic, I saw a red Buick Reatta pulling out of someone's driveway.

On I-5 in Stockton, CA, I saw a turquoise 1971 or 1972 Chevy Chevelle Wagon towing a trailer. Car was in rather beat up condition.

I've seen some strange ones on I-5 too. A few years ago I was heading back down to L.A. from Lemoore, and right at the bottom of the Grapevine, I saw a 1973-ish Ford LTD Country Squire heading the other way. I honestly laughed because it was just something I really didn't expect to see, especially out there.
Even stranger yet - I saw a 1976 Honda Accord hatchback way out in the middle of the nowhere on I-40 westbound a couple of years ago, around the Arizona-New Mexico border. It was seriously beat up, but hey it was being driven and apparently able to handle long-distance drives.

Opel Kadett D - A frog green D-Kadett was my brothers first car. My Grandfather owned it before and he took posession of it after my Grandfather diead.
Toyota Land Cruiser?

I was also surprised to see on I-5 near Orland like 2 1930s Fords and a mid 1950s Mercury racing down the highway.

I like the Opel and the Royce
Saw this 1979 Toyota Celica GT down by the DMV today... (bonus points for original license plates)
Barely caught this 1984-85 Buick LeSabre 4-door sedan speeding down the fast lane on the freeway early in the morning (yes, speeding)
It was in immaculate condition too. Very clean.

Maybe a future soon to see in movie...
just curious .. how did you send it home ?
02/07/2017 @ 23:15:45: Reg1992: interesting/funny/special cars sightings
Thanks! It needs some work, but mostly cosmetic. Notice the unpainted rear corner filler panels next to the bumper.
@Baube: I had an auto transporter in Tucson, AZ ship it to me (about 460 miles) on one of those huge carrier trucks.

I parked in front of this yesterday. i usually don't take pics of RVs but with its Acadian/Aspen/Spirit- inspired tail lights and the 1979-1986 Ford Mustang sidemarker ( or really inspired by it ) made me thought it was older but i found out it is 1987-1992 ( older ones i found have a different grille and vertical tail lights ) . i remember seeing those tail lights on a RV but i didn't remember ever seeing the front of it
Was it near the Olympic Park, perhaps ? I'm asking because I took pics of a LeSharo in that area, during my 2012 trip to Montreal, just before visiting the Biodome.
no, it was near Henri-Bourassa boulevard, between Papineau & Pie-IX bridges
of course, since their main purpose is travel, could be the same..
@ Exiv96 : is the LeSharo you saw near the Olympic Stadium having red stripes ? because i just saw one tonight in the same area where i took the blue stripe one's pic.. i thought those things were a rare sight...
I need to see my photos to be sure, but I think the stripes were dark red.
I finally looked at the photos from my trip to Montréal, back in 2012. I forgot how tired that LeSharo looked !
Edit : I can't even hotlink my own photos from my own Photobucket account now !?
Re-edit : And they want 400 US$ a year for that ?
