This is from the first Top Gear special for sport relief that spawned its own short-lived tv series. SO i guess its ep 1.00, since it was a pilot, and the tv series it spwaned had its own first episode.

unknown dark sedan is Vauxhall Omega
orange estate looks like a Ford Sierra
white Ford is a Sierra, same for unknown burgundy sedan
green may be a Ford Corina
blue hatchback is a Ford Fiesta, same for red hatchback
yellow may be a small Austin (Metro or something)
pink Ford may be a Sierra Sapphire
