Which was the first car, you've ever been in?

Animatronixx' last posting in the "learn"-thread brought me that idea.
The first car, I have been in my life, was a blue/gray 1966(?) Mercedes 190 [W110]. My grandfather has picked up me and my mother at the hospital with it.

A black 1978 or 1979* Peugeot 104 ZS, the car that my father had when I was born and so which was used to pick me and my mother at the hospital (I guess that for most of the people this travel will be the first one :D)
(*) one of the last ones, as the ZS2 was launched that year

The first car I´ve been in is not ascertainable any more...
You must know I´m the first and only one (to date!) who considers a car more than a mean of transportation... It´s not even recorded, which cars my parents ever had! Can you imagine that? Incredible!!!
So I can only provide the first car I remember to have been in: A 1975 (?) Opel Rekord Caravan with three doors, painted in beige. This was in 1978 and I was three years old. I guess, this was the initial spark of my soft spot for the Opel Rekord.
I know, the following is far above the question, but I simply have to tell you this anecdote: In 2003 I started to work in the office of a junkyard for about 2 years and got in touch with their truck driver Martin, who was into cars and automotive material in the same way I am (Collecting scale cars, brochures, owner´s manuals, badges, registration documents of wrecked cars etc.)
Well, we talked a lot in these days (or better: long nights in the office) and one evening we talked about the cars our parents have had in earlier days. I told him about the beige Rekord Caravan and Martin replied that his father has had a very similar car years ago and that he still owned the registration document ("Fahrzeugbrief" in Germany, "title" in the US) of this very car. He asked me if I wanted to have it, for my collection.
OK, I thought: "Why not?", but it didn´t seem that important to me owning a registration document of an old Rekord Caravan which had been scrapped years ago... On the other hand, I was sure: Martin will forget his offer and I´ll never see the document he promised me. But... I was wrong.
A few weeks later, Martin entered my office and put the mentioned papers of this car on my desk. I took it and read it: Last owner (before the car was dismantled in the late 80s) was Martin´s father, as he stated. The pre-owner, before Martin´s father had acquired the car in the early 80s, was... my dad!
The first car in my life had as well been the first car in Martin´s life.
Now I knew where the first recorded car in my life had gone and what happened to it. And much better: For the first time of my life I had it´s "passport" in my hands - 25 years later! I really can´t put into words how I felt in that moment.
I still have this paper (can´t find it right now, though) and I´ll keep it forever!

Nice anecdote
About what happened to the car, in my case the 104 was probably scrapped: my father sold it to a young guy who was going to repaint it and, since it was a sporty car, who probably destroyed it in a crash (from the way my father describes the buyer)

Since no one has any real memory of when they were a newborn baby, I can't remember for sure, but it may have been the Ford Cortina my parents owned at the time.

My father had a Mercedes-Benz 190 [W110] back in 1983. So I had my first 'ride' in it from hospital to home. Obviously I don't remember that trip
My first car memory is from 1986 I think. My father got a new company car; a brand new VW Golf Mk II. It was specially tuned with all possible Hella equipment and had a body kit. It was almost a show car and it was nice to be seen in it.

It was a cream white Fiat 600, which my father had back then.
I have memories riding in that car, he owned it three more years after I was born, then he traded it to a brand new Lada 1200 [2101], also cream white.

@G-Mann: For sure, I have no memories to that trip. I've found it out, when I saw the photo, my grandmother has taken at that day.
Only have a very tiny memory at that car: that it had striped seats. Shortly after my birth, my grandfather has bought his Mercedes 200 [W115] and my grandmother had used the 190 as a second car, until she got her DAF 44.
So I must have been 2 or 3 years old, when I catched the memory with the striped seats.
Grandma's DAF 44 -she had it until 1980- I can remember very good. I remember, how the turn-signal-"clic-clac"-sound was, how it sounds, then you've closed the trunk and so on.
And it sounds strange, but ca.10 years ago, when I've looked on a junkyard into a (@Antoine!!) Peugeot 104, I got a real "dejà yu"-hammer in my brain - it was definetley the identical smell, my gandma's DAF 44 had! For sure!
After that, I catched suspicious views from the freaks of the DAF-club, when I've asked them on a classic-car-show, if I could please take a nose of the interior-smell of their DAF's, because I'm looking for the authentic DAF-smell of my childhood.
P.S.I was sad, because the DAF's of the DAF-club haven't smelled like gandma's 44. I mst go to the DAF-Mueseum in Eindhoven. It shall be good, but until now, I haven't been there.

Of course, I was only a few days old when my parents brought me home from the hospital where I was born at in March 1993, so I do not remember it at all.
However I asked my dad and he said he remembers taking me home from the hospital in the white 1986 Dodge Caravan he owned at the time, so I guess that would have to be it.
The first car I actually remember being in is my Grandmother's magenta-colored 1988 Dodge Dynasty (that she sold in the mid-1990s, shortly after buying the 1992 Crown Victoria she currently owns).

When I was a baby the family ride was a Beetle. In case you didn't already guess, it had flowers on it.... Yup, it was all the rage in northern Cal in the '60's... Or so I'm told......

I am pretty sure that I was brought home in my dad's '81 Ford Escort. It was also the first car I learned to drive stick-shift in. Earliest memory of being in a car would have to be my mom's '84 Ford Tempo.

Here is a picture of my first car (haha). I can't remember the first car I was in. This was my babysitter's boyfriend's Stingray. I remember being completely mesmerized by it. My mother did have two Volvo 240 station wagons early in my life, that could be it.
I'm SO young here. This is also one of my favorite pictures ever.
