Yesterday I had been there for a few hours. Fortunately I could scrounge a exhibitor's-ticket, so I could go there for free and one hour earlier. This early hour in the empty halls I used to make several photos - also for you IMCDB-guys.
I really run along, to have look in every hall before it was open for the public.
I will post the pics soon, but this evening I'm too tired. My mother-in-law has opened the barbeceue-saison, so I have a full stomach and a little full head, too..
Tomorrow I'll go to a licence-plate-collector's meeting, so I will not be at home.
A propos plates: I just have loaded the pics from my camera to the computer and got nearly a heart rupture and a psychical meltdown at the same time (despite my overloaded paunch and my slightly drunken head).
During the download I've recognized suddenly, that I took -totally randomly- a pic of the probably one and only existing copy of a hyper-rare german plate, which hangs at a car, which is for sale.
It's a real insider, but this plate is rarer than a blue Mauritius for stamp-collectors. Rarer than the S.C.V.1 of the pope.
I have activated my connections to make a try to get it (if it's still there) tomorrow in the early morning.
I'll wait for the reaction of my "undercover agent", then I'll let explode a little bomb on the collector's convent.
Even if it wouldn't be possible to get the plate, just the photo will make the freaks hysterical.
