got to buy two pieces of German engineering today . I like the 500E but i'm more than happy to get my hands on the RS2 ( if only it was a real one... )

Got a japanese one-of-a-kind too .. Funny part is i wasn't even supposed to get in the store as i was sure i'll be deceived ( looking for this , saw blue, white but no yellow anymore.. )

Haven't seen those yet. HW & Matchbox availability is rather patchy this year. Just last week Lidl had some HW on sale, but they were the leftovers from last year. And the only Matchbox I've seen in stores are the horribly overpriced Collectors Series (and yet they look cheap).

At least there are still some "part work" models in librairies. I've bought a lovely 1/18 Datsun 240Z in East African Safari livery, it's just cracking.

Nice, but i'll be honest, before looking at Google i thought the Z would be painted like those Land Rover that brings tourists for some wild animals pics.... :whistle:

Matchbox is kind of same since a few weeks/months... different liveries but same models . I got a Bentley Bentayga but not much more..

But not with the price, at about 10$ each ( including taxes ) it could easily get a costly fun..

Raise your hand if you ever thought this would be part of their line-up ever again .. :grin:

( ebay ad from where i got the pic was selling it 8,00 $ .. come on, i just got it for less than 2, taxes included .. )

Still no new Hot Wheels around since the blue Ford Bronco/yellow Corvette C8R/red Ford Mk IV batch.

However, I saw a few of Matchbox's Moving Parts series models during a short trip to France this week. Nothing truly interesting in the selection, and in the end I just bought the '88 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. I also found recent and less recent Welly 3-inch models : the latest Supra, Aston Martin DBS Superleggera, Jeep Gladiator, Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and a Dodge Charger Pursuit. Nice.

Went to a Greenlight shopping spree... nice for the saved space ( they are 1/64 ) but it gets expensive about as quickly as the bigger ones when you can't control yourself... :lol:

store, Walmart for some , the others are from that store you visited when you came here ( which btw is not in the mall anymore , they moved in a smaller one )

funny, i bought the 500 and the Land Cruiser pick-up a few days ago
recently got the RX-7 , the Formula E car and the Rampage ( twice, 2nd one had a damaged packaging but i'm ok with that, i planned to open it anyways.. )

( wait, its already 2 months since the 1st Rampage i bought, time flies fast.. )

not sure if i have the Riviera and the Caddy , there is big bunch that i did not entered in my notebook yet

Don't hope for too much. The MR2's windscreen is visibly too tall compared to the side windows. And the lack of livery makes the car look cheap.

the German M5... not sure if its available here but i found a UK Police livery one .

there was some other UK cars but i'll wait , i don't really see why i should pay the double for the same car just because they put them in a different packaging ...

It's the first model of a very interesting kiosk collection of rally assistance vehicles already seen in France and now starting here too :wink:
