I restarted MySQL, as I said (the software which handles the database on the server). That's what I did the previous times it was down. Except two days ago: the server seemed to have a bigger problem as I could not even restart MySQL. But there is a problem, it is not normal that it happens, I hope that they will solve that.

That sounds like trouble. At the bottom of this page you have: Signed In As (Your Account, Sign Out) Click on Your Account and then Avatar.

That's how I got this awesome picture. Logging in seems to be alright for me. Didn't find any problems there, but I wager that it will magically go down in a few hours...

There was a problem in the database: not all contributions waiting were visible in the list. That is fixed, as I asked the server to check the tables, but while doing that it gave me a warning message about the fact that the vehicles table list went from 261012 to 261011 in the process.
Either someone deleted a car while that was done (but it is not in the delete log), or there was an error, or a car was lost... Maybe I should offer a reward for the one who finds it?

When you said that you could not log in, it was with a "too many connections" error? Or something else? Please report here only the problem related to that "too many connections problem", so I know when these happen, as other problems are most likely unrelated.

Firts 4-5 vehicles were all OK but from them on every validation needs a lot more time for it. The page takes a long time to be updated after the click in 'validate'

Yes, server is a little overloaded it seems, lots of pending connections, it may lock again then.
But why do you validate vehicles one by one? Isn't it easier to check if all are ok, and if they are validate the whole page in one time?
