Not a big update, but the 9 [ZVW40W]s (in hindsight) that I added should be merged with its more numerous cousin, [ZVW40]. The only reason I had the W added on the model code is that I went by the full model code on Japanese registration certs.

Yes indeed. Most were 4x4. I think when I went through them prior I pulled out into extra info the 4x2 models. Those can be manually done as I don’t believe there are too many.

Edit: There were 3 that I saw and changed them to the 4x2 code [U12] and added 4x2 to extra information to differentiate the 4x4 models.

The RAM ProMaster chassis code is VF. This doesn't apply to the ProMaster City.

For the first generation Rush and second generation Terios, the Indonesian market only received the long-wheelbase models. Toyota Astra Motor did sold a short-wheelbase J200 Rush in that market, imported from Japan, but it was very short-lived, while Astra Daihatsu Motor in the other hand, didn't brought the J200 Be-Go to that market.
