I'm sorry, JB007, but unless one really want to rent a vehicle for a movie, are these sites useful for any vehicle identification?
• AutoCiné - Location Le Voiturium:
The most frustrating of all these sites? A catalog of 6,000 vehicles is announced, but only 3 dozen of poor quality pictures are shown, without a single detail about the vehicles...
• Clap Automobiles
Not really trustworthy: the make is often missing. Or when present, the model isn't given. And some serious mistakes are present: "Ford barchetta" noted for the concerned Fiat, "C25" (wthout make) for a Peugeot
J5...
• Ciné-Autos:
Depending on one's mood, the funniest or the less useful/reliable of all? Meet a "Peugeot J5 Police"
(a 1968+
J7, in fact)
a "Jeep Gendarmerie"
(1982+ Peugeot
P4)
a "1948 Jeep"
(1943-45 Willys
MB 'Jeep' or 1955 Jeep Hotchkiss
'licence MB')
or a nice "Auburne"
One can also find several "Berlingot" (without make but with a "T" for each of them
)
• Profilm Autos & Casting Automobiles are maybe the only serious sites from the list. As long as you don't try to identify ambulances and don't seek for details like the model year...
